Manual
The AST manual seal-feed combination tool uses Contrax, Dymax and Tenax strapping. The AMT-58 is the ideal tool for High-Strength Tenax strapping.
Pneumatic
The AMPT-58 is the ideal hand tool for High-Strength Tenax strapping.
Pneumatic Tension-Weld®
The model VT-10 and VT-13 combination tools apply Contrax, Dymax and Tenax strapping. Strap ends are joined with Signode’s patented Tension-weld® process, eliminating the need for metal seals.
The lightweight VT-16, VT-19, VT-16HD, VT-19HD and VT-25HD tools apply High-Strength Tenax strapping at higher tension levels. Ideal for use in both
horizontal and vertical applications.
The VT-16/19/25HD pneumatic sealless combination tools are designed to yield high joint strengths and high retained tension, making them ideal for bundled products that tend to shift and settle during shipping and handling. The tools are easy to operate in either the vertical or horizontal position and weigh less than 10.5 lbs.
